Peter Gunn
[Diatonic Harmonica Song]
The songs at Dave Gage.com range in level from beginning to intermediate to more advanced. This song is designed for a standard 10-hole diatonic harmonica, sometimes referred to as blues harp or short harp. If you would like to learn techniques like Single Notes, Hand Effects, Bending, Breathing, Tongue Blocking, and much more, become a Member at Harmonica Lessons.com for over 175 SONGS & TABS !!
Advanced Level:
A good test of bending accuracy especially for testing your control of two of the three available bends found on the hole 3 draw. The bend on hole 6 draw takes a very light controlled touch and only a slight amount of change when shifting the angle of airflow.
Arrow System Explained:
The "up" arrows indicate blow (exhale) notes and the "down" arrows are for the draw (inhale) notes. The little "b's" under the arrows are flat signs. One "b" is a half step bend and two "b's" are a whole step bend. Remember that not every note is capable of bending the same amount.
